Event staff:
We recommend a minimum of three event staff per hall. One event manager and two event hosts, plus at least one additional event host per open floor. Please factor an additional hour of staffing to cover early opening and short over-run. Longer overruns are usually workable on the day but may incur a fee for the staff involved.
Meetings & correspondence:
Please note that after an initial free discussion all pre and post event meetings and work are billable. Demands differ between events, so the fairest way is to bill for time actually required on an event basis.
