Designed to display up to 18 organisations, posters or options in one hall.

  • Total seating capacity per floor: 100 seats / 80 guests per floor.
  • Tables: 2 x 8, 16×4 main tables, 10×2 landing zones.
  • Green Room is in the woods behind the back wall
  • 24 Sponsor slots. Not all can be used simultaneously.
    Please see your Remo plan for how many you can use.
  • Left Screen also has a sponsor slot on it. Use either / or.
  • Extensive sponsorship or branding space.
  • larger tables either side for group discussions
  • Full Remo function & presentation capabilities
  • Informal sofa tables for a more relaxed vibe.
  • Central Helpdesk has a sponsor slot for repurposing (Helpdesk / Reception)
  • No Right Board.
  • Tables not named… all main tables have a sponsor banners to load a logo, graphic or name.
  • People arrive in ten hidden tables at the front of the hall so as not to interrupt ongoing meetings
  • Meetings can be locked on request to stop others joining important discussions.

Guests arrive in special hidden tables at the front of the hall so as not to interrupt ongoing meetings.

Fully featured Remo environment with presentation functions and up to ten floors / 60 meeting rooms.

Extensive sponsorship or branding space. Workshop tables for training delivery or group discussion and informal sofa areas and tables of two for personal conversations.

All main tables can be branded, display posters or be named.

Designed to work as part of a linked campus with several of our other floorplans… all of which are in the same design style and perspective.

The screen on the main stage can be used as either a video screen or a sponsor banner.

Design is tailorable to your organisations colour scheme, logo and messaging.
